Hainz was founded by Ludv\u00edk Hainz, a&nbsp;trained watchmaker, in 1836. The company flourished during the era of his son, who was a&nbsp;councilor and participated in&nbsp;the&nbsp;repair of the <strong>Old Town Astronomical Clock<\/strong> in&nbsp;1860-1866. Since then, our company has been <strong>regularly servicing the astronomical clock<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At that time, the company produced timekeeping devices, pressure gauges and interior clocks, night clocks, clocks and&nbsp;tower clocks. Another important product was <strong>pocket and&nbsp;wristwatches<\/strong>. This is how it all went until 1949 when the company was nationalized. After this time, production slowed down and important production programs were transferred to&nbsp;the companies Chronotechna, Elektro\u010das and Pragotron. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>After 1993, the company returned to our hands, the <strong>L. Hainz<\/strong> brand began to exist again, unfortunately only the&nbsp;production of tower clocks remained, which is still running, we are based on the production of mechanical clocks of classic design.
